The resin parts have a slick surface finish with both raised and engraved details that are crisply molded. All parts are solid, with the exception of the engine bells which are nicely hollowed out. The pour plugs are still attached and must be removed. There are no visible airholes or seams in any of my parts. You won't need to use all of the photoetched parts included, so you'll have some spares to work with. The instructions consist of four graphical assembly steps, showing where you'll have to add 0.3-0.5mm wire or plastic rod (not included) to the model. An underside view shows how the nine strap-on boosters are arranged around the main rocket. A four view painting and decal guide along with decals are included to depict the first N-2 launched. A short program history completes the instructions. |
