The kit parts are beautifully cast with crisp details, a smooth surface finish and no visible airholes. All parts are solidly molded except for the engine nozzles: they're hollowed out. The parts are still attached to their pour plugs. You will need to supply thin wire or stretched sprue to make the turbo exhaust braces and aerodynamic spike on the LES (if you really want to get detailed). Two escape towers are provided (along with some other photetched parts not used for this model) in case you misfold one. In addition to the graphical assembly instructions, the instruction sheet includes a short description of the proposed project and a four-view painting guide. |
