This kit depicts the launch vehicle for reentry tests for the upcoming Jupiter missile. The kit parts are beautifully cast with crisp details, a smooth surface finish and no visible airholes. All parts are solidly molded. The engine nozzle is hollowed out. The fins are very nicely done, with the complicated curves molded in place. All parts are still attached to their pour plugs. You won't use all of the decals included, since the decal sheet is common to the Juno 1 and Jupiter C kits. The photoetched parts are for the antennae on the upper part of the missile: two extra parts are provided. In addition to the graphical assembly instructions, the instruction sheet includes a short program history and a four view painting and decaling guide.
