This kit depicts the launch vehicle for Explorer 43. The kit parts are beautifully cast with crisp details, a smooth surface finish and no visible airholes. All parts, except for the engine nozzles, are solidly molded. The engine bells are nicely hollowed out. All parts are still attached to their pour plugs. To completely detail the turbo exhaust, the modeler will have to provide either wire or rod. In addition to the graphical assembly instructions, the instruction sheet includes a short program history and a four view painting and decaling guide.
